Important: you must cancel your subscription before requesting to delete your CJ account.
We do not manage subscriptions directly, so our customer support cannot cancel them for you. To cancel a CJ subscription, please follow the steps below.
Who manages my subscription?
Not sure whether you have an Apple, Google, or Web subscription? Here’s how to find out:
1. Open the CJ app on your mobile device, or visit
canastajunction.com/play
2. Click on your CJ Username at top (sign in, if needed)
3. Tap
Manage Subscription button at bottom
4. If you see a Cancel my subscription
link (in red), you have a Web subscription. Otherwise, it’s an Apple or Google subscription (see below).
App Store Subscription (Apple)
If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, your subscription is managed by Apple. To cancel it,
follow these steps.
Google Play Subscription
If you subscribed with Google on an Android phone or tablet, this is
how to cancel it.
Web Subscription
If you subscribed while running CJ in a browser, follow these instructions:
- Run the CJ App
- Go to your account (click on your CJ username at the top right-hand corner; sign in, if needed)
- Click on the Manage Subscription button at bottom
- You will see a pop-up message containing your subscription details; you have to click on Cancel my subscription at the bottom right corner
- A confirmation message will be shown; if you are still decided to cancel, click on Confirm
- You should see a confirmation your subscription was canceled; your subscription details will indicate Subscription Canceled

Important: Do you still have an active CJ subscription? If yes, DO NOT PROCEED. You must cancel your subscription first by following the directions in the previous section!
For most CJ users, there is no real need to delete their CJ account. Most people who land in this page actually were looking to unsubscribe, not delete their account/data. Please note that If you keep your free account, you can still play Solitaire and Duplicate WITHOUT a subscription.
